If you’re looking for a cosy and classy place to enjoy some delicious food and drinks, Buransh Noida is the place to be. I had a wonderful time there with my friends #TheJRK and we were blown away by the quality and variety of the dishes and mocktails.
We started with the charcuterie boards, which had, cured meats, fruits, berries, lavash and some smokey red bell pepper dip. It was a feast for the eyes and the palate, and we loved the different flavours and textures. The baked brie with bruschetta, marinated olives, bacon, pepper, and sweet chilli was another highlight. The cheese was warm and gooey, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful.
For the main course, we had the osso buco, braised lamb shank, hand-rolled fettuccine, and porky pork thin-crust pizza. The osso buco was tender and succulent, and the sauce was rich and aromatic. The lamb shank was also juicy and fall-off-the-bone, and the mashed potatoes and collard green were a perfect accompaniment. The fettuccine was al dente and creamy, and the pizza was crispy and cheesy, with a spicy kick from the pepperoni, bacon, and jalapeno.
There is always room for dessert and glad we didn't leave without trying some of the desserts, and we were not disappointed. The guilty pleasure was a sugarless, flourless dark chocolate cake with cherry compote, and it was divine. The cake was moist and decadent, and the cherries added a sweet and tangy contrast. The mixed berry trifle pudding was also scrumptious, with layers of sponge cake, custard, whipped cream, and berries. The not-your-regular fruit cream was a refreshing and innovative dessert, with winter fruit skewers soaked in Tennessee with French vanilla gelato. The fruits were juicy and boozy, and the gelato was smooth and creamy.
To wash it all down, we had some amazing mocktails, which were refreshing and creative, the best part about the mocktails was that there was no artificial or added sweetener, do try the blue pea tea with gondhraj lemon drink.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Buransh Noida, they serve beer and some good cocktails on weekends. The service was friendly and attentive, the ambience was cosy and classy.
P.S. The place has a dedicated Kids Play Area & Wall/Rock Climbing centre in the...

We started with the cocktails and drinks (all non-alcoholic), full of natural flowers flavors. It was a feast for the eyes and the palate, and we loved the different colors.
For the starters, we had chicken shawarma, nothing can go wrong with this dish, but it had the aromatic flavor of Mediterranean cuisine. Next was, pita bread with humus was authentic, pita bread was full of jalapenos.
For the main course, we had pasta and pizza. Pizza was flavorful, served with olive oil and chili olive oil, first time I have seen these in Noida. You can ask the server to serve for you if you need. Pasta took sometime though when it came, it was the best pasta me and my friends had in ages. Truly close to the pasta you would relish in a Good Italian restaurant. Baked to perfection, nicely boiled, the sauce was out of the world.
There is always room for dessert and glad we didn't leave without trying some of the desserts, and we were not disappointed. The guilty pleasure was a tart with choclolate, and it was divine. sugarless, flourless dark chocolate cake with cherry compote was on the menu but not available. We also had the apple cinnamon cake which was was moist, and balanced sweet. After many years, we finished the sweets asking for more. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Burash Noida. The service was friendly and attentive, the ambience was cosy and classy. We would recommend to visit.
