That two-star should be read as follows: 4 star for food, 0 star for service. Let me explain. I have been going to this place (Noida location) from the time it had opened. Excellent food and service --- that's the norm for this place. That's why we keep coming back. Now, this Monday (7th Jan.) I go after a gap of about 6 months and it's a different place. Mostly in terms of service. First, they have replaced their beautiful herb scented jug of water by a Bisleri bottle --- no one asked whether we want bottled water before serving. The maitre d' walks in with a grim face to take the order --- not making eye contact, not smiling, as if she is doing an unpleasant chore. The server gives us forks and spoons without checking first (I had to tell her to get chopsticks). The usual spread is stingy (compared to what it was before). Food is good, as usual although the pajeon could have been better (very little seafood, but that's ok). Then after the meal, the server straight away brings the bill without offering fruit or tea (as in the norm). I asked for cinnamon tea and got maybe 25 ml of tea in a paper cup (unlike before, when generous quantities were given in beautiful glass cups). The server was polite, though. Thankfully we did not be meet the maitre d' on our way out.
What happened to you, guys? Your place is full --- that's why you are treating people like this? I hate to say this out loud --- but on Monday, for the first time, I got the feeling that this is a specially bad treatment reserved for people of certain ethnicity (I am Indian and I look exactly like one). Please take note and mend your ways. And, please don't serve tea in paper...
Read moreOMG! I couldn't believe my eyes when i saw a korean food place right here in noida. I decided i had to try it. What a great decision i took.
Everything bout this place screams authentic.
Food: The quantity and quality of food justifies the price point. Me and my friend ordered jajangmyeon(black bean noodles) and we had a hard time finishing that single dish which costed us around Rs.700-800. You'll find all kinds of authentic korean dishes on the menu for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian people. [They served us 6 different side dishes which was included with the noodles]
Sitting arrangement: You are guided towards a private room which i think is a great hanging out place with friends, family or your partner. Theres a hanger available to hang your blazer and the room is aromatic cuz of the diffuser. The seats are comfortable.
Service: The staff was friendly. They helped us through the menu and informed us about the dishes. They also suggested us makgeolli(rice liquor) when we asked about good korean alcohol(costed us Rs.900) and showed us how to serve it.
(Make sure to ask about things you don't know bout. They will help you out.)
In conclusion, its a must visit for people interested in korean food or in general asian food and to...
Read moreThe Resturant is located at Ground floor and a small walk from main road. It is one of the franchise of the chain by same name across Delhi NCR and lives up to its reputation. It is attended by professional staff who are respectful and provide adequate assistance.
Since we visited this establishment multiple times, we recommend the following:
Early Reservation for specific pax is a must in advance. There is no BBQ experience here although food is of excellent quality. Soju and beer are on menu. Regarding food to order, it’s important that considering it’s Korean cuisine one should educate self first and then visit and order meals accordingly to avoid any miscommunications. They close by 9-9.30 PM max, so it’s better to go for early dinner. Overall due to personal cabins provided which are spacious, privacy stands maintained. Ample parking space available right in front side of the Tower. There are chairs as well as lower seatings. We liked both although we will recommend...
