Yesterday I ordered cake from u guys and I would like to describe it as one unpleasant experiences. First of all u didnt deliver on time ( late by 2 hrs) saying that it was because of the accident.I was not happy with the way the cake looked and how it was shown in the picture. But more than that I was disappointed with the way you guys handled it. Nobody had the solution to my problem instead they kept fooling me in the name of production house, because of rain ur order could not be delivered. More than that you guys were not even picking up my call saying it is because of the technical issue. This made me late further by three hours. I kept waiting for somebody to pick up the cake so that I could arrange for another cake. But again you guys said delivery person would be late by two hrs. Now I was left with no option than to cut the same cake. It was a complete waste of my energy and time. A happy occasion was marred by such inconsiderate behaviour of urs. I think delivering cake needs to be prompt and more prompt solution to any problem that occurs since occasions are time bound. I will never order from you guys plus will never suggest anyone to buy from you. Thanks but no thanks for such...

Worst experience ever.they make fool out of customers and are conning us. They charge 1199/- per kg for customised cakes and give you an overestimate of cake weight on the pretense that the cake will be fondant so it will weigh extra. But when the cake came it had no resemblance to what we had discussed. it was cream not fondant and blackforrst flavour instead of dark chocolate as i had requested and the caricature that was supposed to be made of fondant , was print out of a photo on chocolate . No cake topper was provided.all said and done I thought maybe it would TASTE worth its money but i was wrong it was HORRIBLE. They cheaped out on every detail they could and RUINED my special day.
