Last time we had an amazing experience this time it was equally disappointing...we didn't like the room due to dim light no workdesk and chair n requested for change. The girl at reception kept assuring,even after calling for same 3-4 times, tht they will do tht in a while. Now in tht situation, one tries not to use anything in the room considering we'll get another then why to unpack or use their stuff. After almost 2 hrs, my husband went to reception and upon asking they said they won't change the room. They didn't even bother to inform tht so tht the person will try adjusting in the room provided.

Secondly, only ac was there in the room for ventilation. No ceiling fan was there, though its regulator is present on the bedside switch. In November, lucknow isn't tht warm tht one cn sleep in AC for whole night, fan is required. As I had an important work, my husband kept fine tuning n maintaining AC temperature all night so tht I cn sleep undisturbed. Mind u, even AC's remote is wall mounted! So u need to go to it to adjust.

We need to leave early morning by 7am and required to call housekeeping which didn't respond so my husband went to reception for getting things done.

Overall, my husband went through all the nasty and inconvenient things so as to make my stay comfortable for I had an important work to do the next day. And when we were leaving at 7 the staff asked for kharcha pani from my husband who got tortured all night!

He said tht he will come for check out. He checked out before 12. And staff called him n said apne jb check out kia to bataya q nhi? For tht he said, he cleared no dues, their guard assisted with luggage and he needs to inform each employee separately.

Cars parking is another issue. If u want to keep it in premises then, ask guard to wo bolega 1 ghante me ana, 10 baje tk ana. No courtesy tht u hv a guest to whom u r talking sir hila k bula rahe k ab laga do... upar se kharcha paani mang rahe jaate jaate!...
