Cappuccino Blast Mall Avenue — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I recently visited this place on a Tuesday evening. The ambience is amazing!❤️ That is the first thing which catches your attention and looks extremely fascinating. The whole setup of the entrance which they have done with all the flowers gives you great vibes about the place. Thankfully, there is no loud music🎶 to ruin your conversations, which is a plus point if you want to go somewhere peaceful, away from all the craziness. The location of the place is also quite good, away from the bustling roads of the city. I must say it is commendable to find such a quiet place near Hazratganj!👏🏼

Coming to the food, we ordered a Black Forest Coffee, Iced Cafe Mocha and Cheese Garlic Bread. The Black Forest Coffee☹️ was not so great, I would recommend a normal Cappucino instead of that, which I have tried previously and is much better. The Iced Cafe Mocha🙂 was good. Cheese Garlic Bread😐 was above average, some more cheese and avoiding the burnt texture on the top would have made it better. The dish which stood out for us was White Sauce Pasta😍. It was delicious, with all the right amount of flavours in it. With their jalapeno tabasco sauce, it tasted even better! We also ordered Nachos with Salsa Sauce and Cheese Sauce🙂. It was pretty basic, nothing outstanding about it. The Veg Burger☹️ was a letdown, the patty was too thick without any crunch in it.

Yesterday I came to cappuccino blast mall avenue road around 7:45-8pm for celebrating my son’s first birthday.

I distributed half of the cake to other guests and clearly told the waiter to parcel half of the cake, at the time of leaving the cafe, waiter didn’t hand over me the left over cake, and due to hurry burry I forgot to take it.

Noon time when I called the cafe, they said why didn’t I ask the waiter to give., they started blaming me for their mistake.

As per my knowledge and experience so far, if I tell waiter to parcel my leftover, their duty is to keep it on the table at the time of billing or before that.

But staff is not even ready to accept the mistake rather they are blaming me for not reminding them.

Now, coming to the point, what I received was in a pathetic and unhygienic manner, clearly it is visible they have eaten the cake or just thrown it somewhere and after my reminder call, they have managed to put it back in some strange box and top of that, they pasted it with newspaper, I mean who does that!! They didn’t even handover it with basic packaging.

I literally didn’t even eat a single spoon of cake not even my family members and what I received is in such a poor condition. I paid Rs.3500 for this cake and none of my family members ate it.

This place is one of a kind. The moment you enter the place you will fall in love with the ambience which is full of life. This place has a vintage set up, all in white and floral that makes it look so beautiful, calm and serene.

It is a great place for every mood, spread over a large area with so many options to sit around. It has an open air section, indoor section, a Bakery (Butter Cup Bungalow), a roof top section, a fine dine restaurant (Ultra Violet) and a small shop. It has a spacious parking lot and clean washrooms. Wide range of cuisines is available to pamper your taste buds from Mexican to Italian to Chinese and a lot more (veg and non-veg both). Beverages and Desserts are really good. The red velvet pastry, the chocolate fondue and the cheese fondue is to die for. The Hukkah are also nice and I liked the Maghai pan flavour the most. Every time I visit this place during winters never forget to have the Masala Chai (it is too good!!!!).I loved the grilled Mexican chicken, Honey crispy chilli potato and Falafel the most.
