There are very less positives here. Majorly they are at a prime location and have an ample amount of space plus good background for good pictures. You can obviously smoke at your table which may be a positive for the smokers. I had given a lot feedback to them for improvement in food services and quality. Majorly food doesn't tastes the same everyday which is a major setback I believe. People on the counters are really harsh in behaviour, owner is least bothered about the staff. Everything here is "ram bharose". They take too much time for your smallest orders. I once waited over half an hour for just a lemon tea and when I didn't got it. I was storming out and they were asking me for money. I mean seriously 😳 this was insane gesture. I was regularly visiting the place but there was no importance given sometimes I was even sitting alone but no body was even bothered about it. Honestly, quite a disappointing experience at Chaiwala.com in Gomti Nagar. The hype didn’t match the reality at all. The place was clearly understaffed—only one or two people trying to handle everything, which led to long waiting times even when there weren’t many customers.

The service was poor and unorganized, and the staff didn’t seem interested or attentive. As for the chai, it was a total letdown—completely tasteless and nothing like the flavorful, comforting tea you'd expect from a place with "chai" in its name. Definitely not worth the price or the wait.
