I had one of my worst experiences at this club. Before visiting, I had specifically called to confirm if there were any cover charges, and the manager assured me there were none. However, the moment we arrived at the gate, he suddenly demanded cover charges in a very unprofessional manner. When I reminded him about our prior conversation, he insisted it was “mandatory.” It was only after an argument and the intervention of another staff member that this issue was resolved.

After entering, we requested comfortable seating. The majority of the seats were empty and not reserved, yet we were denied without any valid reason. We settled elsewhere and began ordering from their menu. A waiter then approached us, offering a 25% discount “like Zomato,” even though we had already booked our table through Zomato. When we declined, the manager and waiter discussed among themselves while staring at us. Shortly after, the waiter returned to say that the items we had chosen could not be served simply because our booking was through Zomato — citing it as their “policy.”

Very Disappointed – Not Worth the Money or Experience

I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. First, the food was below average – lacking flavor, freshness, and presentation. It definitely didn’t match the expectations set by the menu or pricing.

What made it worse was the staff’s rude and arrogant attitude. They were unhelpful and made us feel unwelcome, which is unacceptable in a hospitality setting.

To top it all off, they charged us more than what was mentioned on the menu, without any proper explanation. This is completely scam. I have attached the bill copy where they give happy hour but at the time of payment, they took near about 3300. Also the price of beer in the menu is 385 but they charged 430 per can.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Poor service, overpriced, and absolutely not worth it. Need strict...
