Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Behaviour – Domino’s Crown Mall, Lucknow
Dear Domino’s India,
I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding the poor service and unprofessional behaviour I faced from your Crown Mall, Lucknow outlet
I had placed an order at 1:23 PM and received it only at 2:43 PM—a delay of more than 1 hour, whereas Domino’s promises a 30-minute delivery.
The sequence of issues I faced is as follows:
Delivery Delay & Non-Responsiveness
The delivery partner called me once asking for my location, but instead of delivering my order, he went away to deliver another order.
Despite making several calls to both the outlet and the partner, my calls were ignored.
When he finally answered, he falsely claimed that the earlier partner was unable to reach me, which is untrue. I received no call from him, and I was standing outside my home in the sun, waiting.
Repeated Negligence
The next delivery partner also disconnected my calls midway, without returning them.
After a long wait, I finally got a call saying he was outside my home.
Rude Behaviour from Outlet Staff
On raising the issue, the delivery person called the outlet manager. Instead of acknowledging the delay, the manager argued that I had not received their calls, and refused to accept responsibility even when I asked for call logs or CCTV proof.
Shockingly, I was told “from next time do not do these kinds of things, we get loss”—despite the fact that I was the one waiting for over an hour, making numerous calls, after having paid in advance.
The manager further instructed the delivery partner to rush back as “many orders are waiting,” which clearly shows the outlet is unable to maintain Domino’s 30-minute delivery policy due to staff shortages, but instead of fixing it, they choose to blame customers.
Unfair Denial of Compensation
After I raised a complaint in the app, the manager called me and said she was going to give me a coupon but since I had filed the complaint, I was now “not eligible.”
When I told her I would pursue the matter officially, she responded rudely, asking “what do you mean by you will see officially.”
Later, when I gave negative feedback in the system, she again called me in a rude tone, questioning why I had marked “Not Satisfied- the complaint has again opened due to me.”
This entire experience shows serious service failure and unacceptable customer handling. Domino’s is a trusted brand, but such behaviour and negligence from your Crown Mall, Lucknow outlet severely damages customer trust and goodwill.
My Request
Please look into this matter urgently and take strict action against the staff responsible.
As per Domino’s 30-minute delivery policy, I request a refund of ₹300 for the delayed order.
I hope Domino’s will address this matter with seriousness and ensure no other customer faces such treatment in the future.

Read moreI have never expected this from dominos.i have ordered garlic bread and tacos 4 days ago.my order has 30 minutes delivery gaurantee .the delivery partner came after 30 minutes .I asked him why he was late he told me his bike had an technical issue so he had came late.i asked for 300 off as per Domino's policy.he told me to talk to store manager.i called store manager he told your order was paid online so you will get your 300 points in Domino's wallet within 48hrs.he told not to go to any customer service,for any kind of service always contact the store.
I contacted the next day about the refund the store manager told it will there within 24 hrs.
I contacted after 2 days as the points hasn't credited in my account yet.the store manager started yelling at me like I was a fraud who was asking free points.i told him I have been contacting you from past 3 days ,you always said the points will reflect shortly .And now you are totally denying. He said to me that my type of customer always want food for free,you are not getting anything,you are complaining for nothing

The delivery was extremely delayed, arriving 1 hour and 20 minutes late, and despite multiple attempts to reach customer service, no one responded to my calls. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve faced such an issue—it has happened several times before.
When the delivery partner finally arrived, his attitude was unprofessional. The pizza was completely cold, and when I pointed this out, he casually said I could either get a discount or not take the order at all. This kind of service and behavior is extremely disappointing and not what I expect from a reputed brand.
