Reviewing again ... Continuously it's 3rd time I am getting plain pizza despite ordering cheese burst pizza . I found little cheese in mid of pizza only rest all is completely dry ... Had conversation with Mr. Vijay Chaudhary and he said it's standard of Domino's ... I tried to talk to his senior as well but he disconnected the call ... And about customer care services ... They all took 48 hrs to 3 days to communicate with and they text you continuously and asking yes or no. I must say if ... Domino's make his own standard like this ... Then better to switch for locol pizza shops in Vrindavan they gave you better quality with a humble gesture ... But if I am paying you for my food and I get worst quality then I need to speak and share . Guys I am sharing pics of last pizza ordered yesterday which is of Domino's Mathura standard replied by Manger . He is not accepting it but convincing me to order again and he will personally monitor it ... But I have only one question if ... He was not listening at all. When I talked about the offer which was flashing on big screens behind the counter and him, he said these offers are available online...I can not offer on counter sale. Let me know one thing if a person is able to order online than why he or she will come to visit your place...just to see what offers are available online? More over when I ordered offline without any offer that was takeaway...that person did not gave a single carry bag to took the two pizzas and four stuffed garlic breads...more over he did not provided napkins and sufficient chilly flakes...only 8 sachets were provided at that time. When I asked to give some more he gave 2 sachets on my demand what the rubbish...Chilly flakes bech rahe ho yaa pizza.... That was very bad experience.... I ordered 2 medium pizzas, 1 garlic bread, and 2 cokes on Father's Day. When I gave the name โTonyโ for the bill, the staff entered a wrong phone number โ possibly of another customer already saved in their system. As a result, all the reward points for an order worth around โน1200 were credited to someone elseโs account.
The staff didnโt confirm the number before finalizing the bill, and I noticed the mistake only after checking the bill. When I pointed this out before leaving the store, the staff member casually said, โNo problem sir, it will be corrected.โ But nothing was corrected, and the points are still missing.
