Domino's Pizza | Shopprix Mall, Meerut — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

i ever have worst service experience from domino's meerut shopprix mall. Store was late open for customer order at 11:24am instead of 11:am. staff already there on time. cashier was on personal call continues when i asking for the order. she was 40min spend over the personal call instead to open the outlet on time. Ac's not working why the outlet spending the amount on fake machine which is not upto the mark. i dont't understand. store floor was so much dirty & fly irrate while eating the food. so much noise coming from staff conversation & language which they using very bad. store board open light on but outlet not open. WHEN I SPEAK THE STAFF FOR TIMIMG SHE SAID " LATE HO HI JATA HAI" i suprise on her statement non-professional.

Even first 3 order in a day not deliver due to his GAS issue.

if she having the name tag i will share the name but she don't have.

I totally disappointment from the domino's please mention your repo and do the routine check or Suprise visit. how they wrost store optout and doing brand name to ruin.

The service was very poor, and the food was not fresh at all. I really like Domino’s, but this outlet has completely broken my trust, and I don’t think I will ever order from here again. The food was not properly cooked, and the taste was stale and extremely sour. When I mentioned this, the staff was uncooperative — they only cared about taking orders, not about whether the taste and quality were good or not.

Today, I ordered one Stuffed Garlic Bread, which is my favorite at Domino’s, but the filling was raw and sour. After eating it, I started feeling nauseous. Please, if you cannot prepare food properly, then shut down this outlet.

I genuinely wish that no one else falls sick like I did today.

I shared all the details of my order with Aman, and he said that they won’t be able to refund the full amount because ₹11.80 was deducted as a platform fee by Swiggy. He also mentioned that they will refund the money to the Domino’s wallet.

But what’s the point of refunding to the Domino’s wallet? Why would I order again when the first time itself the order was so bad? I made the payment from my bank account, so the refund should also be made to my bank account — not to the Domino’s wallet.

In the end, I even told Aman to just reorder the same order for me instead, but he apologized and said that as per their terms and conditions, they can only refund to the Domino’s wallet.
