Fire & Flare — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I ordered dosa here and in my experience, this is the worst dosa I have eaten in my life, first of all, the dosa wasn't cooked properly, lacking crispness, texture and colour, a well-cooked dosa has.

Now talking about the sambhar and chutney served with dosa, honestly, chutney wasn't even chutney that's included normally with dosa, it was some kind of paste made with unripe mango and coconut, even the sambhar tasted sweet rather it's meant to be sour (sambhar tasted more like rasam then sambhar itself).

The place looked good and cleaned but they make non-veg and veg food in the same kitchen, whereas the owner lied that they are made in separate kitchens.

They are fraud last night I had ordered food form this restaurant and the food are completely smelling but due to trust I eaten a bite and I feel vomit when I was check the food are smelling and I am trying to contact but phone are switched off finally today I was called to manager and he says simply sir I am sorry but we are not responsible please contact with the zomato ....... so my experience is very bad I will never order any food from fire & Flare and also I will also suggest to my known nobody place a single order they are not provided food they are sailing poison to...

Fire & flare cafe and lounge- they have good and supportive staff. Food was too good. We enjoyed party there .as we have reserved the restaurant for party..it was awesome and the food (kadhai chicken ,butter chicken and starters) that we have ordered was good too. Restaurant interior is well designed and there is place for hookah too. So you can come here to have a hookah as well good...
