FOOD ART fine dining — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Just checked in the restaurant today at 1.32 PM and the staff is quite reluctant..Menu was provided after almost 20 minutes..thereafter food was served at 2.55 PM and that too with the intervention of Managing authority here...staff is rude and ignorant...my 6 years old nephew waited for so long for the food and got so cranky that he did not have it and left hungry, food was served with a strange coating like its stale..this restaurant is totally spoiling the name of Clark Inn which is actually a nice brand in...

Ambience is really good but still I am rating this 1 star because of very poor service. Service is extremely slow I ordered tawa roti and till the time he bought the roti my food was already cold. Really disappointed. Further it took him around 15 min to bring it and when he did, he bought tandoor roti instead of tawa roti really poor service. Perhaps Clarks Inn should consider hiring good staff. I will not at all recommend my family...
