Worst place to be. Horrible horrible place to be. Understaffed. Order something, get served something entirely different, and on top of that, no effort to correct that or no remorse.
I was there to have dinner with my family. Orderd from the menu, but they served something entirely different dish. Upon asking, they told me, ok, we are replacing it. Please wait. After 30 min, they said as we are understaffed today, we won't be able to provide any alternatives. Four different dishes 1 masala dosa was served wrongly as Paneer dosa and never replaced visibly. Both are the same, so I initially started eating, then realized I was paneer. 2 was garlic Nan which was Anything but nan plain as chapati 3 Manchurian Grevy, which definitely looked like Manchurian but tasted differently. The family doesn't like the taste of it. 4 cold coffees with snacks, which they didn't bother to serve. Even at the payment.
I noticed 2 more similar stances at the same time with other tables, of which 1 refused to wait and left. Every time they have 1 excuse "Achanak se bheed ho gai hai, is wajah se nahin ho pa raha hai"
At the same time, in the same time frame, they were happily and effortlessly serving delivery partners who were there to pick up their orders. In that time frame, they served at least 30+ orders.
We decided no visit this place ever again, for this service and cost,...
Read moreToday, We went to eat at the "Ghar Jaisa 3.O Restaurant." We ordered dal tadka, paneer Rogan Josh, plain naan, tandoor naan, and soup. The order took 40 minutes to arrive. In this restaurant, they prepare food for the table orders only after completing the online orders first. Once the food arrived, there was no salt in the dal, and the paneer didn’t taste like paneer at all; the taste was entirely different—a total waste of money. There was no salad or anything else provided. A guy named Vijay manages all the orders, serves all the tables, and takes the orders himself. They are very short-staffed, and the service and serving quality are poor. The plain naan was so cold and chewy that it felt like chewing gum. For this price, you could find many other good restaurants that serve good food with...
Read moreI recently visited this restaurant and had a decent experience overall. However, one thing that really confused me was identifying who the waiters were and who the customers were. Since there was no specific uniform or dress code for the staff, it became difficult to know whom to approach for service.
I would kindly suggest that the management consider providing a standard uniform or at least a badge to the waiters so they can be easily recognized. It would definitely make the service experience smoother for all customers.
Apart from that, the food and ambiance were good. Just a small change could make the overall experience...
