If I could give zero stars, I would. This was not just bad—it was an insulting, frustrating, and utterly shameful experience. Haldiram Mathura should be shut down for the way it treats its customers.

I went there with a friend, and from the moment we entered, we were made to feel like unwanted beggars rather than paying customers. No welcome, no greeting, not even basic eye contact from the staff. The guard at the entrance stood like a statue, and the staff walked around like zombies—zero manners, zero professionalism.

We were told to do self-service, which is fine, but guess what? A couple sitting just next to our table was served food on the table—and they ordered the same way we did: from the counter. So what is this? Special treatment for selected people and humiliation for others? This is clear discrimination and pathetic favoritism.

Then came the biggest scam—they ask you to scan a shady QR code from some unknown third-party app, promising that only then you'll get table service. That QR isn’t even by Haldiram—it’s some money-making trick with a third-party app. Shameful and dishonest. Haldiram has now reduced itself to a place that traps its own customers into schemes for profit.

The water nozzle didn’t work, the sensor was broken, and we had to fight just to fill a glass. The place was hot as an oven, because the AC wasn’t running—and of course, no one cared. It felt like we were sitting in a local dhaba during peak summer, not a reputed brand outlet.

Even the chairs and tables looked dusty and badly maintained. No staff checked on us, nobody even bothered to ask if everything was okay. For a brand like Haldiram, this place is a slap to the name.

Worst of all, we did not enjoy our meals at all. After all this mental frustration and poor environment, even the food felt tasteless. When the experience is this bad, it ruins everything—including the food.
