I had ordered the combo burgers which had one chicken burger and one chicken tandoori. I ordered two combos but upon checking there were only two burgers. I talked with the management and they delivered the remaining items. The second time I ordered large chicken popcorn along with a bucket. In the popcorn chicken, it was mostly just breadcrumbs without chicken. I thought it would be in a just one or two but most of them were like that. There was little to no seasoning. Subsequently served with hot diet Pepsi, cold & leathery fries. Pepsi glass served was tasteless due to excessive ice cubes in it. When asked for a cold diet Pepsi, after billing serving staff refused saying that they don't have it cold. After much pusuasion the amount was refunded by ill trained non courteous staff.
Requested for suggestion book on which a temporary bundle of paper bound together with a spiral was produced with no semblance of a suggestion book of a renowned food chain outlet writing on which was like waste of effort.

The delivery partner reached there to pick it up, and after more than half an hour I am receiving the call saying that the outlet doesn't have the smoky red. Is it really your way to deal with your customers? After half an hour of receiving the order, the concerned team is realizing that they don't have it. Pathetic!!!
