Pizza Hut | Phoenix United Mall, Bareilly — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

It was my worst experience visiting this place on Monday. This is my complaint to owner who runs this outlet. It was my first visit to a restaurant just after my marriage and I was thinking of spending some good time with my wife. But things happens in reverse way. As I taken the entry in restaurant, I feel suffocation because AC was not running, even there was not a fan also. I complained this to the restaurant staff and they assured me to turn on the AC but they didn't do it. After finishing my food when I asked staff why they didn't turn on the AC, they simply said that mall executived asked them to don't do it. I can't think this is the cause, actual cause is saving AC running cost. I request owner to either close this restaurant or provided good...

The food Quality ,Taste and the service was not upto the standard of Pizza Hut. Though, Its a Dine Restaurent...the staff is not serving...The preparation is taking much time...The quality of All the product serving are found to be different amd duplicate yesterday right from Paper Napkins- ver small, The Coke/Pepsi Drink and the presentation of Garlic Bread as it seems that this place is Duplicate of Pizza Hut, However, Chaco-Lava Cake is the best ever I tasted....apart from all the above.... It means this store is mixing some duplicate items under the Pizza Hut...
