KFC — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

This is my feedback and your experience may vary, but i went to food Street and in food street i visited KFC, i placed the order and there was no one besides me and my family there at that time, i placed the order @2:30 pm and after 10 mins 3 more people came in to kfc and placed the orders, at around 2:50 i went to ask, and a girl was placing and order and told the guy to pack it and make it fast, the guy told me to sit down at my seat and he will call me when my order will be done, @ 3:15 i was called and meanwhile i was sitting there i saw 3 orders being given to the people who came in after i placed the order, i asked the guy why did you gave them the order before me, also the order placed by that girl was exactly the same as mine, the guy smiled and said i was just giving it out as i was receiving the items, i told so my orders were two burgers and a chizza, the girl also placed the same order, wasn't i supposed to get it before, i was waiting for more than 45 mins, they guy said he just gave it as his manager told him to. The other orders were takeouts and i was dining in, so the manager decided to first give the takeouts, and no there is no drive through at this place, the reason i stopped there was because as i was driving from agra to gurgaon, my mom felt she is having low blood sugar and was starving and was feeling dizzy, sitting there she just laid there on the sofa after waiting for this long. I really felt bad and couldn't do anything about it. And also when i got the order it was really bad, me and my mom have frequently visited KFC for the past many years and my mom loves kfc, she did not eat her burger and left half of it. My chizza wasn't how a chizza is...

I had one of the worst experiences at this KFC outlet. We ordered chicken wings, a chicken zinger burger, and a chocolate lava cake — and everything went wrong.

First, the staff was extremely rude. When we tried to place our order, he arrogantly said, “We are not taking orders right now, you have to wait for one hour.” His attitude was completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Then, when the food finally came, the burger bun was smelly and stale — it was literally unbearable to eat. I had to leave it completely. Thinking at least the dessert would make up for it, I opened my chocolate lava cake, but it was cold, dry, and had no chocolate inside.

When I politely informed the staff, he just said, “It comes like this only,” without even checking. No apology, no replacement, nothing.

This was by far the worst KFC experience I’ve ever had — terrible food and even worse staff behavior. Really disappointing from such...

I have dined in many times and taken out many meals at this restaurant because it's the closest KFC to mathura. The problem with this KFC is that it doesn't accept any orders from the mobile app which isn't a great thing because in the app we get many offers. Talking about food quality, I didn't like the taste of chest and thigh pieces of their hot and crispy chicken (specifically of this KFC) it had a very weird and pungent taste as if it had been lying in their oven for a week. Rest of the food is okay but there is very little variety, the offers are very less in comparison to KFCs in agra and other parts of India. Also there's a little bit of cash inconvenience also since they only accept card payments or online payments. Also in their takeaway service they don't pack the drinks in an efficient way, leading to spillage, so if you're thinking of takeaway then avoid drinks because it will spoil the rest...
