KFC — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I take my food seriously, and my fried chicken very seriously.

One of the best KFC outlets I've visited, and definitely the best in Meerut.

I hope the staff here never changes! They were attentive and friendly, had a helpful attitude and provided good service and suggestions while ordering.

There was a group of roudy middle aged men and one of them heckled one of the staff members, but he still didn't gave a befitting reply to the mannerless customer. That guy deserves a raise.

Also, the best part was that they prepared the order exactly as I asked them to, in minimal time. Had a great time here with my friends and the outlet is open even till late in...

Worst experience ever, i must say not even close to KFC standard, no service no professionalism, lazy staff.. they customised my order without my consent and when i asked then she replied SIR YAHI HAI ABHI..USME ADHA GHANTA LAGEGA...also i have requested them to turn on the AC many times but they were just pretending to turn that on but no AC in this summer noon time...no KFC vibes there... It is like someone just invested his money there and appointed some cheap and unprofessional staff to run that outlet.. even it was more awkward when i visited there with someone from delhi and he told me is this the standard of KFC in Meerut and laughed... Really...

Not a good place to order.. kfc is a brand and this outlet is just demeaning it's name... I ordered two three times and everytime I faced issues with the order... 1st time delivery delayed for 2 hours and also asked for extra cash... 2nd time order 4 items recieved only two and got no refund... 3rd time order two popcorn chicken rice bowlz and only recieved rice inside with no chicken.. pathetic management and service.. this place really needs to be boycotted and shut down in order to secure the kfc's...
