I recently had lunch here with a few colleagues, and I’ve got mixed feelings about the place. The first time I came, I wasn’t impressed because I didn’t order the right dishes, but since then, I’ve been back a few times, and the food has been delicious. We ordered a spread of dishes—Shahi Chaap, Palak Paneer, Kaju Kofta, Kashmiri Pulao, Boondi Raita, Butter Romali Roti, and the Lala Ji Special Sandwich and everything was flavorful and well-prepared. It’s honestly hard to beat the taste, and the best part? The prices are bit reasonable, so you’re getting good value for your money.

However, the "seating arrangement" is a bit of a letdown. The seats are scattered all over the place, making it feel a bit disorganized. If they could arrange things better, it’d make the whole dining experience more comfortable. Plus, the interior could definitely use some improvement. The walls are pretty basic, and the overall vibe feels a little plain. A little extra attention to the decor could really help elevate the place.

Disgusting owner doesn’t know how to talk and tackle queries of the customers, items mentioned in the menu when ordered are told non - serviceable as they are ‘customised’ as per the owner, he should better take English classes and first check the meaning of the word customise.

Meant for customers who don’t question them and just take away whatever is being said, done and served.

This review is after second experience of the same kind of service and behaviour. This is not how food outlets are run. Better open a ration shop and do whatever you want.

I wish I could give 0 stars to service. I have been two times to this place. Service is pathetic. Waiter will take order after 15-20 mins, after you ask for him many times. Then they serve main course vegetables or dal after 1 hour. You wait for breads untill you r dal and vegetables become cold. Breads would be serve after 45 mins. Then you wait another 30 mins. For your partial order which you placed initially. Having lunch here would cost your precious 3 hours atleast. I haven't seen such a pathetic service anywhere else. Won't recommend anyone else.
