Today, I visited the store and ordered a Veg Roll and a Thai Chicken Roll. Unfortunately, the quality of the food served was terrible. Nothing was cooked properly—the food was served cold and half-cooked.

I raised a complaint regarding the food, and to my surprise, the manager asked me to give back the half-eaten roll so it could be microwaved. It is completely unacceptable and unhygienic to reheat an already eaten item. This clearly reflects the store’s poor hygiene practices.
