ON 9/8/2021, I have ordered 1 navratan korma, 1 stuffed naan, 2 lacchaa paratha, I have myself ordered on kitchen indira nagar counter and picked it myself. when i reached home that is 14-15 km away from kitchen outlet and started to eat my food I was badly disappointed because i got PLAIN NAAN not the STUFFED NAAN i ordered for myself. I wanted to have staffed naan with navratan korma but due to kitchen mistake i ended up not having food at night. i called kitchen staff around 8 at night and they told me they will make refund only for bread ,,, waoooo , what about my empty stomach !!! around 9 pm they called me again that they can deliver me the food but as i ha my vaccine same morning i was in little fever and i am already on bed to sleep, i told them that i live in Ansal golf city and you will take 40 mins in this rainy weather to reach here and i am not going to wake up till 10 pm and ask them to call me tomorrow morning. Today morning that is 10/08/2021, when i called them around afternoon, the staff was rude and told me in a rude way that if you want full refund we will do it, i said oky, AFTER 10 - 15 MIN HE CALLED ME AGAIN AND TOLD ME , MAAM HUMARI TARAF SE SIRF NAAN GALAT GAYA HAI TOH HUM USI KA REFUND KAREYGY !!!! WHAT ?? GREAT !! SO I TOLD THEM KE APNA REFUND APNY PASS RAKHIYE!!! REALLY BAD ! Kitchen is one of the best restaurant in town for Vegitarian food. I must have tried their 1/4th of menu already and love it. I love the food here and best part, its parent Approved too. It has a homely taste and cleanliness that adults in house has no proper with ordering food from here. The taste is really good. Be it North Indian food or Chinese. The momos are really good. Tandoori paneer momos and momos in garlic sauce are a must try. Plus the momos size is so big. They give 8 pieces of it and it was really difficult to finish for 2 very hungry people. The cheese and corn dimsum is really good too. The rotis are good. I am always trying their different paneer dishes and they really good and also the paneer quality that is used by them. So far, didn't like the Panner Kolhapuri but I don't know how a paneer kolhapuri should tastes like (so order it on your own risk, but it surely wasn't for me). The combos are really good too with respect to the quantity and size. The quantity has never been an issue when ordering from them. They give good in really good quantity. Packing is good. We ordered dinner through one of food aggregator from this place. This outlet does not have dine in option, its either take away or dine inside your car. They have alot of options right from Paneer dishes, chole, rajma to chinese, italian items. We had the following items Veg Momos (4/5): The filling had chopped vegetables like carrot, onion, cabbage, shimla mirch. They had given 2 chatnis alongwith it, one was tangy other was spicy, both these chatni's enhanced the overall taste alot Chole Kulcha (4/5): Chole was very tasty and quantity was decent enough for 1 person, the kabuli chana was cooked properly and masala was sautéed well. Kulcha required a little bit of extra chewing due to maida in it, it had stuffing of onion in it. Paneer and Laccha Paratha (4/5): The gravy was good not too sweet or spicy, paneer was properly wrapped in masala, the paratha was crispy. The combination tasted good Noodles with Chilli Paneer (4/5): I found quantity of paneer pieces were less in this combo, but the gravy was tasty and noodles didn't have alot of cabbage in it.
