Hide Out Cafe 2.O — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Interior is good, dj , smoke effects, lightinga are good and satisfactory.. but the services are really disheartening.. when i was booking for my party i clearly said not to entertain any one in the hall except my friends and family.. but their staff(including main manager of that hall) was entertaining them and when i asked him to abot them he said that they are deciding for their own party..they came for booking..like seriously?! Those chapri looking boys stayed for atleast 20 mins and clicked their photos..and killed my birthday vibe.. and this happened once again but for 5-10 min only.. It was my worst experience ever.. and the manager said me that he will be providing a guy for serving facilities only.. but i was seriously irritated calling that guy again and again from kitchen..This cafe needs more people who can cook.. The guy whom i am calling "the serving guy" was serving food, talking to his colleagues, cooking food unhygienically...he was wearing no gloves no cap..nothing.. This is horrible.. i wish it improves or else get...

There is a counter man he has no sense of taking he is very rude and he over charge in food and party hall also and there is a bad atmosphere from staff side and he also told us jo krna hai kro or ja kr dekhao yaha se abhi btata hu aako or wo record krte hai sabko party hall m jate hue please don't go there it's a waste of money and waste...

Jaisa naam Waisa kaam if I describe how was my experienced at hide out cafe seriously good but moderate Menucard are there it is a place where we can hide themselves private party room and boxes was good, Lights are too heavy but good I found my self fully hide 😂 lol. Good experience I really wanna eat the white sauce pasta...
