Visited this restaurant today, ordered their signature paneer lababdaar suggested by the waiter which was below average in taste, the waiter left the serving BOWLS UNTOUCHED ,we served the dish by ourselves. We order veg biryani next and requested the waiter to serve it on which he said that since biryani is hot he is unable to serve it so" whosoever is going in this restaurant they need to order COLD DISH". The complimentary onions were pre dipped in vinegar and were tasting AWFUL, we requested some other waiter for some freshly cut onions which we received after sometime but it seems like we received not even a full onion for 4 people. Upon questioning the waiter said " wo to Maine aise hi bhai bandi me de Diya hai" so getting onion was like task here. After billing the waiter shamelessly asked for tip also, which entirely shocked me plus he argued that I am the only person complaining.. We have decided not to visit this place ever again.... Very poor quality of food ( garam khane ke naam pe sirf pani garam tha jo ke thanda hona chiye )

Dont ever try panneer punjabi dur dur tak usme punjab nhi hai ( tasteless neither sweet nor spicy )

In a gathering of 12 people naan was served like a eiffile tower

ek plate me 15 naans were served

poor infra(a/c dont work ) also looks freezer dont work asked for chilled water they just brought normal water

4000 ke bill ke bad aisa laga ke aaj ke bad jisne bhi bola loveena bhut acha hai use to ulta latka dena chiye

Disappointing Experience After 30 Years of Loyalty. The service was extremely slow, with only three waiters struggling to manage nine tables simultaneously. Unfortunately, this resulted in delays, confusion with our order, and a lack of attention overall. Even more frustrating, the manager was uncooperative and unhelpful when we tried to resolve the issues.

To make matters worse, we were billed incorrectly for items we didn’t order, and this was done without any confirmation. By the time we left, we were still hungry and thoroughly dissatisfied.

I sincerely hope the restaurant management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the staffing shortage and service quality. It’s unfortunate to say, but based on this experience, I won’t be dining at...
