The Grand Village Hotel — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

The Grand Village Cafe We heard a lot about this place in our friends circle. We planned to visit this place on last sunday.

Ambience :- It was good. Place was well sanitized. Rest room was clean.

Staff:- Waiter who was serving on our table was arrogant and don't know the basic etiquette of the table. He took the glass without our permission which was half full. Mostly he was busy on watching TV rather than doing his own duties.

Service :- It was okaish.

Lets come to food:-

👉 Chilli Paneer :- It was delicious in taste. Paneer was crispy and soft.

👉 Mutton Seekh Kebab :- It was tasty. We can say one of the best we ordered in non veg.

👉 Tandoori Chicken :- It was not upto the mark. Chicken pieces are not cooked properly.

👉 Masala Papad :- Salsa served with it was not tasty at all. Salt was missing from it.

Though our experience was not so good. We asked to levied the service tax as we are not...

Giving one star because Google Maps doesn't allow to give 0 star to a place. Totally disappointed with food and service at both restaurant and cafe. They claim to be a high end place but the quality of service is worst. The waiters are rude and the place offers microwave heated food and doesn't provide any quality food service. I was offered stale kebabs and when I complained the manager about it he just reheated the whole plate in microwave , including onions, lemon and chutney!!!! like seriously who does microwaves these items. This place would only be liked by people who just want to get drunk as the food offered here won't be liked by...

Extremely disappointing experience! I do not prefer giving any restaurant or business bad reviews, but this was extremely upsetting. My family has been living in Moradabad for over 50+ years and never had such a bad experience. We all have been going to village for over last two decades, but very recently, my parents went for dinner and they were turned down and told that there are no seats available in both the restaurants, even though more than half the restaurant was empty at 9pm. Unfortunately, going forward, if they treat their customers like this, they will eventually lose it all. We will definitely spread the word...
