Madhuraj Foods & Restaurant — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Today on 27th May, we visited Madhuraj Restaurant in Chitrakoot and there Extremely horrible experience. I ordered food at non-peak hours around 12 Pm. The service was incredibly slow, and we waited a long time for our food approx more than 1 hour ... I have never seen irresponsible staff like Madhuraj restaurant Chitrakoot. Maybe they play games on mobile or anything else....

My concern is with the owner Mr. Himanshu Gupta and Hotel manager Mr. Prabhakar shukla. Respected sir You are not only representing your restaurant but you are also representing a holy tourist place like Chitrakoot . So I request you to please improve your service.

I am not posting videos and photos just because of your good behaviour..but our stomach will not be filled with your good behaviour.

The Ambience is good and the look of place is elegant. You have to wait only 10 - 15 minutes after ordering food items. Furniture, Lights and Crockery are standard. Place is very clean and hygienic. Now about food - Quality and taste is very nice and it's not hurting your wallet much. You can be sure to get value for money here. They accept online...

मैं कल शाम के वक्त मधुराज होटल पर गया, पहले तो मेरे एसी चलाने को कहने पर काफी देर बाद AC चलाया गया | उसके बाद मैंने पहले आर्डर मशरूम फ्राइड राइस के रूप में किया, और उसके बाद पनीर चीज दोसा मंगाया महज 15 20 मिनट का इंतजार करने के बाद ऑर्डर आया और ऐसा लगा जैसे सुबह का रखा हुआ चावल बिल्कुल ठंडा, और बना हुआ रखा दोसा परोस दिया गया हो, जब हमने इस बात का विरोध किया तो वहां के कर्मी यह मानने को तैयार नहीं थे, फिर हमने काफी विरोध किया तो काफी समय बाद, बात सुनी गई और दोबारा उसे बनाकर लाने को कहा जैसा कि हम जानते थे कि इसे गर्म करके ही लाया जाएगा, बिल्कुल वैसा ही हुआ और दोबारा उसे गर्म करके दिया गया जिसमें बिल्कुल ही स्वाद नहीं था और स्वास्थ्य के लिए हानिकारक था |

क्योंकि मुझे समझ आया मैं 2 दिन पहले ही गया था लगभग उसी टाइम पर और वैसा ही ऑर्डर आया था और अच्छा भी था, मेरी गलती यही थी कि मैं इन पर भरोसा करके दोबारा वहां पर गया और इस भरोसे पर खरे नहीं उतरे बहुत गंदा स्वाद परसा गया |
