Restaurant Review
I recently visited this Restaurant and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. Despite ordering one of the most expensive dishes on the menu, the service we received was far below acceptable standards.
From the moment we walked in, the staff’s attitude toward us felt discriminatory. We noticed that other guests, who were dressed more formally, were treated with politeness and received complimentary items like pickles, lemon, and salad. However, none of these were provided to us, and we had to repeatedly request even basic necessities like a spoon. The contrast in service was glaring and unacceptable.
A restaurant’s quality is not just about its food but also about how it treats its customers. Unfortunately, our experience at Restaurant left us feeling unwelcome and disrespected. I sincerely hope the management takes action to ensure that all guests receive equal and fair treatment, regardless of their attire or background. Until then, I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant...
Read moreI wanted to give 4 stars but at the end, i was disappointed. Yes the food is good but at the end, the response from the staff spoiled the mood. TO THE OWNER, if your staff wants to eat dinner before 11pm, not take any order please let us know via net or message.
While eating, it was 10:40 when order for extra roti was placed but the staff said "humko khana bhi khana hota hai ma'am" i understand but please don't spoil experience of customers being UNPOLITE AND RUDE..at the enD

Read moreToday I have visited your ground floor icecream parlour but my experience was very awful as I was with my 2 babies under 3 years old and despite that your staff were very uncooperative they asked me to put our disposals in the dustbin and also emphasized to make sure that their table would not be dirty. It was their duty to make their customers feel happy and comfortable but their focus was on the table so that they did not need to clean that.
