Mahapadam Sweets — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Today, I ordered 15 Masala Dosas from Mahapadam for my company staff as a treat. The order was placed 2 hours in advance and I also made the full payment upfront. I specifically requested delivery at 2:00 PM, but the order was delivered almost 1 hour late.

Not only was the delivery delayed, but the food was served completely cold and without any proper plating. The dosas had no taste at all, and the overall quality was extremely poor.

It is very disappointing to see that such restaurants charge money in the name of a “brand” but fail to provide even basic quality and service. I strongly request people not to support such businesses that compromise on both taste and...

Good variety of sweets. Home delivery on demand as well. Apart from this, their "Motichoor ke Laddu" is widely appreciated. Moreover, they do have Eggless cakes readymade and also prepare on order. This is good for all those who prefer Eggless cakes. The cashier nicely conducts his work. As far as Golgappe is concerned, the man who serves at that counter takes care of hygiene through wearing polythene gloves. However, dining may not be preferred here. High waiting time and many dishes are either not available at times or they are less tastier.

Nevertheless, in the 60 Feet Region, this is the best Sweet Shop...

Their employee and chef out side of the hotel, are not well mannered. They treat customer customer also behave like they r favouring on us. I visited this place more than 25 times and every times i got disappointment. Comparing them to "Rediwaala or road side food stall" they r worst than them. Specially the man on the billing counter behave like he's Jeff Bezos😂😂 His attitude is way worst than the receptionist of the SBI, but on the other side the owner man and The Owner aunty is wonderful, i respect the way they treat n talk with all customer.
