Places like this restaurant make it necessary for a provision to give "ZERO" stars as it deserves nothing more than that. I have to mention the name of D.K. Singh. He is the most ill-mannered person one can ever meet. He is not capable of having a conversation with any dignity. We had a gathering of approx 60 people and booked a hall. To start with, at the last hour he refused to provide some of the services that were earlier agreed upon, but as we had no other choice left at that moment we had to go along with it and make some other arrangements on our own by the side. Then comes their totally mismanaged staff. Our function was supposed to start at 11, but our guests had to wait till 12:30 even for the first sip of water, i had to run through different floors to ask them to start serving. After the function came to an end, they started bugging us for payment even before our guests could leave. I called that person who calls him a manager, D.K. Singh to complain about the bad service we got. He kept on giving baseless and illogical excuses and won't even listen to our complaint. At the end he very rudely said that " just pay the bill and go". I know we shouldn't call out someone like this, but people like D.K Singh should not be allowed in any kind of hospitality business. HE IS A DISGRACE.

I had been to Neel Kamal many times but now I think you guys should take care properly of your customers quality of food is bit compromised because it has been three times two in the case of zomato delivery and other one I visited yesterday all food which i ordered was ok except the dal makhni which was very sweet, I think everyone of us had been eating dal makhni from our childhood, ideally as I spoke to the steward who serve food not to charge for dal makhani as it was neither replaced nor anything was done even after telling those guys . As a repeated customer I think it's not right for you guyz to charge for food which is not up to the mark and when customer is complaining, please dont only think of your money everytime but you should think of customer also for whom the dish was totally waste and has to pay for that. I am writing this review atleast that you should give priority to customer experience also for a long and successful run . Soup was good. Dosa was the best among all the dishes. Garlic Bread with cheese had no garlic, or garlic flavour in it, also, microwaved, it's just simple bread put in microwave with some solid non-cheese like cheese on top. Panner 65 was a little too salty but slightly on the good side. Same problem with chilli garlic noodles, no chilli and no garlic, had to add pepper and chilli sauce to make it taste a little good.
