Read moreI was a regular visitor there. But recently this place has become so bad. The food quality is up to the mark. 5 stars for that. But the service is zero stars. I went there and made an order of masal dosa . The waiter came and confirmed it twice. Still he gave me paneer dosa. I don't eat paneer. I told him it's the wrong order pls correct it but he denied it saying you ordered paneer. When I informed the manager .. he also did nothing. When I don't eat paneer why will I order paneer dosa. After trying so much I finally decided to leave and take the food with me to give to someone else. When I told them to pack. He rudely said no we don't touch food . So I said at least give me a packet so that I can pack myself. .. That waiter is so rude. When I came back home I told this to my friend. She said the same thing has happened before with that particular waiter. He is indeed very rude and many people have complaints about him. I don't know why the restaurant is not doing anything about it. I mean I'm not asking you to fire him but pls at least you can ask him to be nice and not Rude. Such a bad experience. J left without eating in a bad mood and the hotel manager and the waiter just kept watching . I will never go there nor anyone in my family...
Read moreNot worth the price at all (Total Rs.600+) Tom yum soup - wasn't as loaded as should be with vege.s, arrived after rest of the food was served. Rawa paneer dosa - dosa was thin & crispy but stuffing was very bland as well as less in quantity. Sambar was good. Coconut chutney had gone bad. Upon informing the waiter, he came back & refused that there was anything wrong with it. Yoghurt was served instead of the additional traditional onion tomato chutney served alongside dosa. Rawa masala dosa - again dosa was good but stuffing was very bland. It's unfathomable how a once reputed restaurant's cook is unable to put together such a simple south indian potato stuffing recipe. Special thaali - expected it to taste better than ordinary veg thaalis but it was nothing special in terms of taste. Home cooked food tastes much better. Taste needs to be improved...
