Maheshwari Shudh Shakahari Bhojanalaya — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I have been at this place since 2002 and never ever have I ever felt to switch to something else. For pure vegetarian like me, it's the best bang for the buck.

The only thing that I feel down sometimes about this place is that it hasn't changed its seating style much. Seating arrangement hasn't changed probably because of space constraints.

However addition of air conditioner is a boon.

With desi ghee food and superb place, this place is SUPERB. If you are visiting this city and looking for dinner or lunch, have it either here or at Agarwal bhojnalya in same lane.

Agarwal bhojnalya is for daily vistors. They have home like food and tawa roti specially baked in Chula for old home like taste.

Whats more Maheshwari now accepts payment via Paytm and cards as well.

There best dishes include Mushroom masala, mushroom mughlai, Chana Punjabi for spicy otherwise Chana singapuri. In pulses give a try to dal fry and dal makhni.

In Breads, go for stuffed naan or butter roti. Missi roti and butter naan are also equally good.

Pathetic Experience while ordering food in Train. I made the payment before 3 hours, they took no effort to acknowledge my payment and order status.

I kept calling for hours to get in touch with them but no response.

Their delivery person started asking for Cash payment from my parents even though I made the payment already.

When my parents asked him to check with the owner, they said that no payment is made. He took back the food parcel with him without delivering it.

Now they refunded my amount. But just think about the person travelling and that too an overnight journey.

Naam bade aur darshan chote! Terrible experience, no professionalism and no empathy. Ridiculous behaviour!

There is absolutely no point in calling yourself OWNER / DIRECTOR /MANAGER if you don't have...

Rice, dal makhni and paneer's quantity were also low

Quality

Chapati and dal makhni were good but paneer sabji was not tasty

Gulab jamun was tasty

Final comment :

Quality was low against 220 inr, the max cost can be taken 150 inr or increase the quantity

Commit what you will deliver 4 chapati means 4 chapati not 3

Improve the quality of paneer sabji

The delivery amount he didn't ask at the time of payment, don't know why

You should improve the taste and quality rather then generating money
