Mircharam Sweets — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Very disappointed for their service, they are making people act as waiters.. no hygiene on tables, u have to go multiple times after submitting coupons to ask for your food, acting like a beggar, it's over priced as per hardoi, I lived in Delhi recently visited hardoi, someone suggested this restaurant, prices are even higher comparable to some best restaurants in cannaught place, atleast u will get good ambience and services by paying.. But here u will act as beggar and more or less as a waiter carrying orders for your family members.. they should close this self service practice.. u have to even wash your glasses after drinking water.. so so disgusting, never seen such a horrible place anywhere in india, even patri Wale nd thela Wale gives u better service than this disgusting restaurant, do not ever go their otherwise in near future they may ask to clean the tables nd wash the utensils also.. Never ever be visiting again, nd pls don't suggest anyone better suggest some patri or...

If you google for places to eat in Hardoi - Mircharam by Lakhan will pop up everytime. The reason is its a legacy brand - started as a small stall only serving Dahi Vade and Gulabjamun. It grew soon into a big restaurant/ sweet shop of the city. But my most recent experience at their outlet - this shop is destined to sink and eventually stop one day.

Taste : We ordered popular dosa - ingredients were stale and Sambhar was disappointing. Tikki and Golgappe were tasteless.

Hygiene : Dirty with filth all around. Staff or owners hardly cared.

Staff : The biggest disappointment. No one cares about customers. No one is interested to serve you. It is self service counter where you give tokens then followup and track your own order. They dont respect time of customer or even try to.

Price: Moderate

Don't go there unless you want to experience the decline yourself. Sad to see a legacy brand...

I tried dahi bhalla and badam milk there it was very tasty . It's original name is Mircharam but is famous by Lakhan's sweets. It is one of the most famous sweet shop and restaurant in Hardoi City. One have take token and then there are various counter from there you can collect your order . They have maintained their corner street and opened their own open street like cafe that ambience fell very good in night . One who is going to Hardoi near numaish chauraha must go...
