Very Bad attitude and service of Pizza Hub

Yesterday My wife and son has visited the Pizza Hub , Hardoi and order one Pizza and French fried . Initially the guy sitting at cash counter has taken order and money from my son and asked for wait to 15 minute. But post 30 minute , They have not served the same. When enquired by my wife they have asked for another 10 minute. She has wait till approx 1 hr 15 minute and order is not served. finally taken money back and return without food.
