Panorama By Savotel — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I booked this venue for 30th June(Monday) to celebrate my daughter birthday with buffet ( mix menu & veg menu ) for a great experience .

First of all we did not receive menu details in advance inspite of repeated reminders to manager ( brijesh ) & I was told that menu will be shared by 3-4pm on same day itself but even that was not done .

Second on Food side , except starters & welcome drinks nothing else from main course is worth remembering . Mutton curry taste was just bland with pieces hard to chew . I told the same to support staff there but no action taken. I would not recommend anyone going to spend 500-600 bucks for buffet food here as options are very limited .Suggest to go for Ala carte menu at this restaurant

Third point on waiter services - I have to keep asking for refill of starters and water bottles & for every small thing I need to ask them & it seems there was no sense of urgency from anyone there. It is not worth remembering .

Only satisfactory was the ambience and comfortable place for sitting .Not sure if my suggestions will be taken in positive way but I was not the only one complaining it was felt by everyone there , it's just that others don't drop actual reviews on google for hotel management to act upon .Feedback should be taken constructively .

Also to note Service in charge appointment during my time was Mr. Mahendra . I think Services can be improved by proactive discussion with customer dining in however food quality/taste definitely needs to be...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Panorama, the in-house restaurant of Savotel Hotel, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! The ambiance was elegant and sophisticated, with a stunning view of the city skyline.

The service was top-notch, courtesy of Satyam, our server for the evening. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and ensured that our every need was met with a smile. Satyam's exceptional service truly made our dining experience special.

The food was outstanding, with a wide range of options to suit every palate. We opted for the dinner buffet, which offered a vast spread of dishes, from traditional Indian cuisine to international flavors. Each dish was expertly prepared, presented, and delicious.

Overall, our dinner experience at Panorama was exceptional. The combination of great food, excellent service, and a wonderful ambiance makes it a must-visit destination for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

Extremely disappointing experience at Panorama by Savotel. I visited (on 16.04.2025 at dinner time) after seeing a few well-crafted Instagram reels that showcased a premium dining experience with 4 starter snacks included. In reality, we weren’t served even a single starter — the entire promo was misleading.

The food was average — cold naan and tandoori roti with nothing special in taste. When you go out for dinner, the food is the main highlight, and here, it completely failed to deliver.

The ambiance was okay, but that alone doesn’t make up for poor food and bad service. To add to the frustration, there’s no proper parking — the valet was inattentive, and I ended up parking the car myself on the roadside.

After traveling 12–15 km to visit this place, I genuinely felt let down. Definitely not worth the hype. Hope the management takes this feedback constructively and works on improving the...
