Pizza Hut | Thakurganj, Lucknow — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I ordered loaded cheesy bbq melts and baked cheesy momos veg with coke sugar free. I didn't like the taste of both items. Bbq was to be honest very ordinary papad with mashroom and cheese inside.😂It should not be more than rs 100. Then this baked cheesy momos had raw momo inside which was uncooked unfresh. If the momos sauce was not there , it would have been tasteless maida with unfresh veggies dipped in cheese and mayonnaise. This baked momos should be of rs 110 at maximum. However, they need to improve otherwise they should remove this product. Everything was good but the food was not that good. 😂😅 It's better they work on pizza only .I mean they should offer only pizza and with more improvement by asking customers'feedback. Cost is:- Veg cheese Bbq melts :-rs 169 Baked cheesy momos:- rs 179 Coke :- 57 Approximately it cost me rs 420 around including taxes etc. But I did find this not good experience 😕. I went to pizza hut to try its new products to get new good taste and experience but ended up getting disappointed Disgusting pasta ever. So , it depends on their mood if they want to give Margherita pizza properly or not I have shared both good pizza and bad pizza of the same kind in the picture.

The staff is too sleepy and first thing if you go there they won't even seem to be interested in even telling you about anything. I went there and the guy was not even interested in talking , I mean I asked him and he was not even responding well. Next thing after I paid I noticed they had some offer and damn he did not even tell anything about it. The moment later I insisted too much and then he told me about the offer and said that it was on meal. It was clearly mentioned that " buy any medium or thin 'n' crispy pizza and get 2 slides + PEPSI FREE but he said that it was on meal not solo. Dude I spent on medium pizza but still I was not valid for the offer and this guy did not even tell me. If you really want to go there then get all knowledge of offers available there and what are terms and conditions as the staff will not bother in even telling you or talking to you a bit. They want money and that's why they don't tell about offers and not even tell when customer asks them. They should respect their customer and their money .

If you want to waste your hard earned money and are not at all concerned for your health, do place an order. They will never fail to deliver the worst tasting pizza but also will make sure that they feed you with expired ingredients which make you sick.

The restaurant team is acknowledging the review even without reading the comments. People are sarcastically giving a 5 star rating with poor reviews and they are thanking the customer assuming it to be a good review.😂

Don't know how food safety department continues their resturant...
