Okay, so I have to bring this to the knowledge anyone who’s checking reviews to visit this restaurant or even the owners (if only they care) So it’s about today, it was raining heavily and since I was nearby I suggested my friend who lives in the other part of the city to try this childhood restaurant of mine which was Ghante wala, but I was so disappointed. Firstly, we went inside the sweets section of theirs since we parked out scooty right in front and it was raining so it was reachable and obvious to enter from their and they do take online payments only their so I went conveniently thinking they’d welcome but they were so Annoying. They said oh samosa or even chole bhature you will have to order outside ONLY. I mean it was raining, you expect your customers to go in the rain and eat? How insensitive. Then we went outside to place outside our order (mind you it was raining) and that guy on the samosa counter with an arrogant attitude said “we don’t take orders here online, ONLY CASH, go inside to pay online” luckily I had cash so I paid and I was so embarrassed to bring my friend to this insensitive arrogant restaurant that hardly knows WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. That’s not all, he then took it and gave us a thaali of chole and puri, and then I asked them for a spoon to which that guy replied we don’t give spoon. Eat with hands. How can someone say that? And I didn’t want to argue we were standing and tried to put our food on the table that wasn’t in the rain facing or the water wasn’t coming to which that arrogant guy said “don’t eat there” Wth? Is that how you treat your customers?????? I’d never recommend this restaurant to anyone. And please please beware anyone coming to this restaurant, this restaurant definitely had a reputation back then but now that they have got some customers they dont care.
