I am a very old customer Bt Now they have degraded the quality of everything , from last 2 month I have faced this issue 4 times, Pastry are stale , Patti are left over. I don't understand why you are serving left over products. I understand temperature is hot, product get stale but it doesn't mean you will serve that to customers.
