I recently visited a local restaurant, hoping to enjoy a meal that would be both delightful and memorable. Unfortunately, the experience was memorable for all the wrong reasons. The dish that I was most looking forward to, the swaranama, was unmistakably stale. The flavors, which should have been vibrant and fresh, were overshadowed by an unpleasant taste that indicated the food was not prepared with fresh ingredients.
Upon realizing this, I promptly brought it to the attention of the staff, expecting a considerate response. To my dismay, not only was my concern dismissed, but the owner also refused to acknowledge the issue. There was a clear lack of accountability, and the situation was handled with a surprising indifference that one does not expect in the hospitality industry.
Moreover, when the bill arrived, I was disheartened to see that the charge for the swaranama was still included, despite the dish being inedible. This disregard for customer satisfaction and the unwillingness to rectify a mistake that could have been easily addressed has left a sour taste.

Read morei would suggest this place to college students as this restaurant provides satisfactory meals with pocket friendly prices. Chicken shawarma is my favorite dish here which I would personally like to recommend. I am not a big fan of rolls but why I love this particular roll is because the chapati/roti feels lite and you can taste a good amount of chicken filling that they put inside with cheese or mayonnaise and the green chutney just adds to the taste. 1 plate of Chicken shawarma costs only Rs 50/- here with no additional taxes. They are also quick with their service.
The ambiance and the location of the place could definitely have been better and would have fetched this place a...
