Streamline your table booking system: I would highly recommend updating your table booking system to incorporate a digital entry system. Currently, your manual booking process seems to be causing unnecessary challenges for both your staff and customers. By introducing a digital entry system, you can revolutionize your operations, streamline the booking process, and provide a seamless experience for everyone involved.
One of the key advantages of a digital entry system is its ability to handle queries efficiently. With a manual system, your staff may face difficulties in managing multiple booking requests simultaneously, leading to delays and potential errors. However, by implementing a digital solution, your staff can effortlessly handle queries, respond promptly to customer inquiries, and efficiently manage the reservation process. This will not only save time and effort for your staff but also improve customer satisfaction.
Furthermore, a digital entry system offers several other benefits. It can automate various tasks such as sending confirmation emails, reminders, and updates to customers, reducing the chances of miscommunication. Additionally, it allows customers to conveniently view availability, select their preferred time slots, and make reservations at their convenience, even outside of your business hours. Such a user-friendly interface will enhance the overall experience for your customers, attracting more bookings and fostering loyalty.
Moreover, a digital entry system provides valuable data insights. It enables you to gather information about customer preferences, peak booking hours, and popular dining choices. This data can help you make informed decisions, optimize your operations, and tailor your services to better meet customer demands.
By embracing digitalization, you will transform your table booking process into a modern and efficient system. It will not only alleviate the burden on your staff but also enhance customer satisfaction and improve your business's overall performance. So, I strongly urge you to invest in a digital entry system that will propel your table booking system...
Read moreThe Rail Cafe, Bareilly recently and I must say — it’s such a refreshing concept! The ambiance is lovely, the view of the station is fascinating, and the overall vibe is calm and peaceful — perfect for a short escape in the city.
What really stood out for me was how much kids would enjoy this place. Sitting inside a real train coach and having food while watching the trains pass by is something they'll absolutely love. It’s a great place for families looking to try something different.
The menu has some good options, and the food we tried was tasty, though I’d recommend confirming the spice level while ordering — most dishes are quite spicy, which some might enjoy but it could be a bit too much for others.
Just one suggestion to the team — the staff could be a bit more polite and welcoming. During our visit, I felt the communication was slightly on the rude side, especially while placing the order. A little warmth in service can go a long way in creating a great customer experience.
Overall, it’s a wonderful place with a unique setup, and I’d still recommend trying it out at least once — especially if you have kids or are looking for a peaceful, creative outing.
Wishing the team the very best — just a few tweaks and this place can become one of Bareilly’s...
Read moreThe first coach is really bad. It is always recommended to use the last coach. I have been to Rail Cafe multiple times and never faced an issue in the last coach. This time sat in the first coach (bricks wallpaper), The service is absolutely pathetic.
Servers are non professional and do not have basic etiquettes. They messed up our orders thrice. Even after reminding that the order they served to the other table was ours (and the other table also said they did not order) it took 5-10 mins to figure things out for the staff. This happened 3 times for 3 dishes. (Still served it not hot)
I specifically disliked the casual attitude of the server who has a tilak, He was too intrusive and super casual and non-respectful. (one such example: Bill came, He said How would you like to pay, I said Card. He said can you pay by cash, or by Paytm... Because we have 2% charge and some random stuff. - Dude why did you ask in the first place)
Because all the food came late, Most of it was not hot/warm. So we did not enjoy it. Had to leave due to poor service without ordering the main course and leaving most of the starters due to...
