One of the worst experiences in Tunda Kebab located in Aliganj Lucknow the ambience is also not good and if we talking about the service WORST. I went over there from Agra ti Tunda kebab with my family to enjoy the dinner over around 22:30 hrs and the sitting is available also at the time of ordering a dinner the Staff force us to order before 23:00 hrs and he told ne that after we will not accept any order so we order a 9 plate of Kebab and around 20 Paratha and after that i went to a Resturant manager about the dinning and order so he assured us that we’ll take your order and you can enjoy the food so we said that okay and thank a lot for this thing after giving the order it took around 30min that means when the dinner was served it’s already 23:00 hrs and at the time of serving the meals the waiter told us after this we will not accept and order from your side and we have to finished the dinner ASAP in 10/15 min because they are closing the restaurant so without enjoying or doing anything we finished the meals like I DON’T HAVE WORDS TO DESCRIBE TGE HORRIBLE SITUATION. After that before the billing some one from the Restaurant Mr. NAIM ( I DID’NT remember the name properly ) he asked us how was our experience and all. So I told him the whole the scenario about the situation and he was like who take your order and all, without saying a SORRY, he was trying to put the allegation on a waiter you’ve taken the order. So I told him if you guys have some this kind of closing time issue and all don’t try to make FOOLS the customer just to earn and make money. It is better for your restaurant that you will not take a sitting after 22/22:20 hrs. Because the customer is coming over here to enjoy the time with family and friends, SO STOP MAKING THEM FOOLS AND STUPID.
BUT BEING AS A CUSTOMER OR TOURIST IT WAS ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES IN MY LIFE IN ANY...

The Aliganj branch carries the same charm and flavors that have made this name famous across the country.
The star here is undoubtedly the Galouti Kebab. With its legendary history of being created for a Nawab who had lost his teeth but not his appetite, the kebab is so soft that it practically melts on your tongue. The spice mix is subtle yet complex, giving it a royal touch that reminds you why Lucknow is called the city of Nawabs. Pair it with a roomali roti roti and you’ll understand what makes this dish world-famous.
Apart from the kebabs, the place also offers a spread of Awadhi delicacies—mutton korma, biryani, and sheermal are especially recommended if you want to go beyond just the kebabs and enjoy a complete traditional meal. Portions are satisfying and prices are very reasonable, making it a popular spot not just for food lovers but also for regular family outings.
The ambience in the Aliganj outlet is simple and functional—not about luxury but about authenticity. It’s always bustling with locals and visitors alike, which itself speaks volumes about its popularity. Service is quick, and the food is very reasonably priced considering the reputation it carries.
Parking in the area can sometimes be a bit tricky, but that’s a small compromise for food that defines Lucknow’s culinary pride.
For travelers, this is not just a restaurant visit—it’s an immersion into Lucknow’s culinary heritage. A plate of Galouti here connects you directly to centuries of Nawabi tradition.
