USPFC (US Pizza & Fried Chicken) — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Hello folks,

I am quite late in posting my review for this place. Without creating any further delay, let's get into the experience that I had. This place is located at High street complex along with several other food joints(besides Mint - grocery store and close to Subway) in Ramganga Vihar locality of Moradabad.

(+) Ambience is nice, proper hygiene maintained. (+) Serving both veg and non-veg cuisines. (+) I had; garlic fiery chicken wings, chicken sandwich, cheeze and crunch pizza(veg.) & Mojito. I found all of them to be good in taste, quality and portion size. (+) Prices are very reasonable. (+) Ample of parking space available on the other side of the road.

If you're looking to grab some fast food in a cafe at reasonable cost, do make a visit. I bet, you won't regret.

My rating would be 4.5/5 for this experience.

Not good at all, very poor service and especially that lady owner, they don't even know how to talk and attend to a customer.

The staff were supposed to serve the meal properly , but they failed miserably. When I complained that the White sauce pasta had no salt, instead of fixing it, they just handed me a sauce and told me to fix it by myself. Seriously? They are supposed to handle that not pass the job to me! It's like they have no clue how to do their job and seems like they're very confused ! - Completely unacceptable. Ordered fried chicken. Unseasoned, bland, and overfried. The mayonnaise/ranch dip (I'm not even sure what it was) smelled rancid, and tasted even worse. Same goes for their chicken poppers, which had all the dissappointment of their fried chicken, but now in smaller portions. The sauces in the chicken wrap were decent and it would be a good wrap if they didn't make the chicken they put in it, which was once again the same as their fried chicken. Would not recommend.
