Vrindavan Darbar — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

My experience related to food was okay but their service and behaviour towards customer was pathetic. I've made double payment via cash and GPay. My network was not working so my payment got stuck and failed so I paid through cash and then a day later I realise that my UPI payment was also successful. Same I confirmed with the cashier and he agreed that amount has received via UPI so I told him to return my amount so then their drama was started my owner will do and then ask them to call their owner but their owner behaviour was very rude and he denied for any support. I asked them to check camera if they feel I'm lying. I show them timing of my transaction and later share them bill. But they told it took 48 hours to check camera, don't understand what kind of hotel they are running that they need so much time to just check camera and when they will return my amount.

My question was very simple to their cashier that if I paid twice via cash and upi it's but obviously it shows them too at the time of settlement in night that they received excess amount but they denied. My amount was just 570/- rs but for someone it can be big. Today is the 10th day but still no amount has received and no call has been received from their end. On the land like Vrindavan it was really unexpected for us that we can see this kind of people. Truth and honesty is too much to ask from people nowadays.

Zero customer service, negative behavioural approach towards customer. Don't understand on what kind of values they are running their business. They don't help, support and respect their customers. It's really disheartening feeling...

A third grade hotel with a facelift. The staffs are disrespectful and unfriendly. The food is third class with no authentic taste. All ACs were unserviceable and there was no proper ventilation. Both South Indian and North Indian items are not as it should be. Coincidentally, when one of our family member went to wash hands, water supply also stopped. The staff were watching him try turn the taps and did not bother to tell him about the supply. No water in bathroom either.

Despite of it's worse taste, bad atmosphere, high prices for a self serviced food, they could still pull off their business atleast with some good behaviour from the staff. But the staff's behaviour is the worst of all to give you a hell of a dining experience. (Especially the billing counter guy's attitude)

Please avoid this restaurant. Roadside vendors are much better than...

If there would have been zero rating then I would have given that. Pathetic place to dine. We ordered for tea, lassi, golgappe. All of them were rubbish. Table was full of house flies. Behaviour of the cashier was very rude. They offered extremely bad service. I went for the first time and that was my last time. Please don't waste your money here. Go and have lassi from the shop in front of banke Bihari temple. They offer everything with love and quality of food there was amazing. This place I won't ever recommend to anyone. Please don't waste your hard earned money here at...
