APRIQOT RHYTHM Cafe.Cake Shop.Homestay — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

On your way to the Kumaon hills, to your left near a bend on the Kaladhungi - Nainital road, is a beautiful homestay, Apriqot Rhythm.

Nestled under a canopy of trees, this quiet haven is an ideal place to stop over on the way to your holiday destination. Run by Mohit and Sweta, an army officer and his textile designer wife, this place is beautifully decorated, along with a wooden structured cafe and restaurant, serving delightful delicacies. From brownies with home-made ice-creams and hot chocolate sauce, to muffins, garlic bread and pizza, this place serves both Indian and delicious continental.

The hosts greet you personally with all their warmth and make sure that your stay is extremely comfortable. The place is nice, but they are making pretty bad food. The cappuccino was made out of nescafe. You need to get coffee beans for cappuccino, not make it on gas chulha with nescafe Secondly, the parathas were bad and dahi was served like a pauper. In the same amount, I would get better food in any restaurant on the highway. AC is always off and the place is hot. Looks like not many people visit the place and they have to switch it off to save electricity.

Awesome place for all your gatherings. Be it a gathering with ur frnds and family or with ur office colleague. This place clicks all your criteria. Food is awesome be it continental or Indian or chinese. Highly recommended. This small and cozy place is nestled on the way to Nainital via Kaladhungi. Good place for Bird watchers.
