Auli 'D' Food Plaza, Joshimath This food outlet is on NH7 and mids of crowded market. Parking is concern. We had a lunch here on 6th July 2023, while returing from Badrinath. 1st impression we observed many “Auli Food” outlrts, however for Auli 'D' Food Plaza we took time to trace, on 1st floor of the building. Ambiance inside the restrorent is great, cleaning is great, Washbasin and Toilet was clean. Staff and owner were polite giving full attention to us. 5 star food and service. Great menu options, very fast service, We tried Vegetarian food, portion is very very big. Paneer, fried rice, Roti, Rayata, Non, all are best in portion and test was amazing, we surprised with all these, as for last 4-5 days in UK travel we were searching for great Punjabi food and this place exceed our expectations, it was ultimate. Rates are reasonable, for just Rs.1100/- for 6 Pax. Value for money.

We were recommended this place by one of our guides. It is truly amazing restaurant. The food was good and it did not matter if it was Indian, Chinese, western. It was equally tasty. Prices are little on the higher side given its a tourist place but I would say it's worth it. The owner is approachable and very friendly. Would recommend for good food with family

The tandoori roti was thick and heavy, and the gravy lacked any real texture or pieces to enjoy. Sadly, this was far from the authentic experience we had anticipated. Don't go by review.

We were recommended this place by one of our guides. It is truly amazing restaurant. The food was good and it did not matter if it was Indian, Chinese, western. It was equally tasty. After a long tiring journey and no food all day, I visited this restaurant listening to a local taxi driver expecting a tasty meal. The food service is never on time. And mostly the food is unhygienic. I ordered chowmein and a hyderabadi biryani. Chowmein alone took 45 mins and the noodles had an extra feature, the black leftovers on the Tawas and after eating half of it with difficulty I found an insect in it. And I told the server furiously what is this and he answered me sorry sir and commented me behind my back and left. I would never ever visit this restaurant again in future even if I visit joshimath again. Worst food...

If you stay or pass Joshimath, Uttarakhand, do halt to satiate your hunger and craving with the yummilicios food they serve at food plaza esp. non-veg. We had ordered for - butter chicken, tandoori chicken, chilly paneer, chilly chicken, egg fried-rice, kadhai paneer (it had a different name) during our 2 days stay at Joshimath. Everything was delicious esp. butter chicken. The restaurant even delivers order above INR 300 at your hotel. Just expect a bit of a delay. Not their fault, they get so...
