Fresh, aestheticaly rich and sumptuous. The place has been redeveloping itself right form it opened to continue taking feedback from guests and actively putting them to action. Have been a regular visitor having tried the palce during the day and evening, weekdays and weekends. The charm of the place stays at all times due to the setting and good music. The inhouse music performers, mixologists, chefs and servers all unite to create a good experience. Very surprised to see such a high rating. Cocktails are quite bad, basically mix alcohol with the said mixer but no skill in proportions and mixing. Food is served in fine dining manner but food that goes with sauces do not have sauces with it. Cocktails are bad and they refuse to serve tea / coffee for those who don’t drink. Music from DJ is playing a tape loud and that’s it - no vibes During our time, we electricity went out - we are fine with it but they could have come and asked us to move inside. Lifts are slow and staff there don’t know why. Overall it doesn’t feel like Hyatt brand I believe largely because staff is mostly young and in training period.
