Bird Song Restaurant at Club Mahindra Resort Binsar Valley — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

I recently visited Club Mahindra Binsar Valley and had a very disappointing experience at their restaurant. Despite making a reservation in advance, my family and I were made to wait for an extended period without any explanation. When we were finally seated, the waiter was extremely inattentive and rude. Our orders were taken hurriedly, and when the food arrived, it was not as per our specifications. Upon addressing this, the waiter's attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. This mistreatment ruined our dining experience and marred our stay at the resort. I hope the management takes immediate action to improve their service standards.
