--- Bad experience : Stale Food ---- I bought a pastry from here to take out late in the evening. When i tried it later (within half an hour after buying) it smell bad and taste sour. Next morning when i visited the shop again with the remaining pastry, the guy at the cash counter was not at all ready to take the feedback and was rude. He was not listening at all and making all sorts of excuses (like you might have kept it out of fridge, etc... i don't understand how within a duration of half an hour, the food can spoilt this bad). He didn't even smell or taste the pastry that i brought back and kept insisting that the pastry is good and he will keep the batch for selling today as well. Quite disappointing to see when someone shows this kind of negligence and is not ready to listen to the...

I am extremely disappointed by the terrible service provided by the staff. Recently, I purchased a chicken burger from them, and to my dismay, it was burned. However, instead of informing me about the issue, they completely wrapped it, preventing me from seeing or smelling the burned burger. Additionally, their lack of professionalism is evident when speaking on the phone, as they display rudeness without any apparent reason.

Guys brownies means there is a such name of bakery in Bhimtal which is at the top but nowdays they have spoiled their quality a lot. Just a few days ago I went there and tried Kathi rolls and some paties but all of them were old and tasted very bad. I also tried cakes from this once or twice and they were also very bad. I was a regular customer of brownies Bhimtal. Till today a year ago whenever I visited Brownies, their taste and quality were always No. 1 but on this period they have spoiled both the taste and quality a lot.
