Hello Burger King team. I visited this location and ordered 2 cold coffees with whipped cream. I waited for 20 minutes and went near the counter l. They took another 15minutes to prepare the order. After taking the order, I tasted the cream, and it was familiar like vanilla ice cream, and the cold coffee was like a shake. I asked them about this, and the manager named Amit said that they do not have whipped cream, and they are providing ice cream over the cold coffee. I told him that he could have informed us earlier, but there was no response. This is not a way to provide hospitality and food to customers, neither wasting the time. NOT AT ALL SATISFIED....
