KFC — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

Very shady place,they don't have any items available,when we asked why we were not informed before payment they didn't have any decent excuse,and when we insisted for refund,they insisted for all our details from watsapp number to gmail to transaction receipt ,tried everything toake it a cumbersome experience,and then said that the refund will take 7-8days ,aap kuch aur hi le lo na Very shady unprofessional, negative stars The manager some mr sumit kumar is highly unprofessional,they are not giving any reciept or message regarding the initiation of refund nor arr they giving any proof regarding this,when asked that how can be leave just on your word that refund will be done,they just said company policy hai,aap humse humari sari details le rahe ho,and aap ek mesg nai send kar pa rahe,ki refund initiated will reflect in 7-8days ,why should we take your word,when said so,they said cameras lage hai usme show ho jayega ki apne kuch nai liya yahan se Like why such wierd complicated process in today's age Plus their ac was also not working,like do they even have anything Waited for more than half an hour without ac ,no confirmation yet, leaving now, swearing...

Don't know if this is a problem with every kfc outlet in dehradun or specifically this outlet

If you will order online through KFC app to dine in this oulet

They will not take any follow up for you order through a phone call

After ordering online when you will reach at this outlet you will have to tell them that you have ordered online through the app and most of the times they don't even have any idea about your order

You will not get any order number msg on your whats app or text msg from kfc app

And tbh if you order through KFC app and the order is Takeaway then be prepared for a hell ride because they will think that you are some zomato or Swiggy guy even after mentioning that you have ordered through app and it's a personal order

They will treat you like SBI bank employee treat their customers

They will tell you go to the back side and back side workers will tell you go the front side and you will be swinging from one side to another...

Very pathetic experience we order something in his restaurants and after the payment we return the food due to big mistakes by the KFC staff and management which is unexpected they they are working professional we spoke the counter staff Mr umash he ensure you will get a refund within 7 to 14 days but I am still waiting now no confirmation received yet and not refund also

I have all details of the restaurant and what they are serving which is not acceptable in the international chain

I request to all plzz don’t go there before checking the food quality and what they are serving and they you can pay the money. That did not clear with...
