Worst . I was always a regular customer. And this is the first time I have experienced something worse. Few days before they messed up with my order and today My order didn’t even arrive. And one of The staff promised to compromise and send me back my order on the very next day. With extra food to compensate my loss. I’m so mad at the staff and the owner even after I told them to atleast refund. Even though the sum was small I needed refund cause of course I don’t earn and I’m a student. Worst thing is I was so hungry that night and the staff said it’s late already (around 1:00 am ) and they asked if they can come tomorrow and he promised me with extra food to be delivered tomorrow. And now they can’t even do that for a student. If you can’t refund don’t even promise others with the food or refund. I hope you and your owner will suffer badly with no food in near future. I recently revisited Burgrill, and once again, it didn’t disappoint! The burgers were fresh, juicy, and perfectly assembled—just the way I remembered. The ingredients tasted premium, and every bite had that signature Burgrill flavor that sets it apart from others.

The ambiance was clean and cozy, ideal for a quick hangout or a relaxed meal. I also tried some of their sides and beverages, and everything was served hot and fresh. The staff was polite and prompt, making the overall experience very smooth.

Loved the consistency in quality and service. It’s always great to see a place maintain its standards over time. If you’re a burger lover, this spot is definitely worth revisiting.

ordered a grilled chicken box from this place today for ₹188. What a disappointment They call it a grilled chicken box but it barely had a few small pieces of chicken, a couple of sliced eggs, and hardly any vegetables. This is outright looting people in the name of grilled chicken. For the price, you expect a decent quantity and quality, but they are just shamelessly cheating customers.
