I would not suggest anyone visit Bird Song Cafe. The charming exterior is misleading, as the food quality and overall experience leave much to be desired. Save your money and time, and look for better dining options elsewhere.
Visiting Bird Song Cafe yesterday with my family was a decision we made based on a friend's recommendation. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a regrettable choice. Despite the cafe's cute and charming appearance, our overall experience was far from pleasant.
First and foremost, the food was perhaps some of the worst I've eaten in a long time. The momos were a major disappointment, with an unappetizingly thick layer of coating that made them look unappealing. Moving on to the pizza, it was slightly undercooked and tasted just average, failing to meet even the basic expectations.
One of the biggest letdowns was the portion size of the Chinese bowls. Priced at 400 INR, the serving was barely enough for half a person. For the same price, I could have had a much better and more satisfying meal in Delhi. The overall quality and taste of the food reminded me of something you might get if you started paying your home cook to sell their cooking—far from restaurant quality.
Adding to the disappointment, Bird Song Cafe is quite expensive for the quality and experience it offers. There are no noteworthy views to enjoy while dining, making the high prices even harder to justify. The food was so bad that we did not even...
Read moreThank you for being gracious enough to revert to all the 4 reviews written by my family of 9 who visited your restaurant yesterday. Also in record time.
I was initially only going to list out the positives and negatives we encountered yesterday, at the restaurant. But I don’t think there is any use of it. As for every factual review we write you have 10 reviews waiting in the wings to manipulate the ratings.
Yesterday we as a group of 9 posted 4 reviews, all sharing their unique experience, there were 56 reviews at the time, but today morning we see there are 90+ reviews, so as per your suggestion yesterday, you take 3 hours to serve 10 people, so it’s impossible for 30 people even of the same group to visit your restaurant in such a short span of time. Hence obviously the majority of these 30 reviews are just concocted to manipulate the ratings and drown our genuine reviews amongst these on demand reviews.
And as your replied to my mother on her review that the plates were wiped out so how come the food was bad, 300-400 rs for a small bowl of fried rice and same for limited amount of chicken in the pasta, obviously one would finish it as it’s such a little quantity which we had paid for by our hard earned money. As mentioned all of us left hungry even after spending a good amount of money.
I don’t want to keep this conversation further.
Best of luck for your endeavour, hopefully you turn this venture into a...
